Boxer Body Training is located in West Hollywood, CA providing a unique and individualized training with a foundation in both Mixed Martial Arts. Training styles offered include the following disciplines: Muay Thai, Boxing, Kick-boxing, Jeet Kune Do in combination with weight training, core fitness, and cardiovascular work-outs.
My training methods are catered to your unique individual needs. Your fitness goals will dictate whether your fitness regimen will include building, or practicing self defense, all results will lead to getting you into the best shape of your life. I advocate doing things right which isn't always the easy way. Incorrect posturing leads gains and bad form in injury.
